The castle rooms themselves are the most important exhibits: walls, arches, arcades, and fragments of frescoes reveal centuries of change.
The program is complemented by temporary exhibitions that open new perspectives on heritage, art, photography, and contemporary creativity.
Immersive Experience
Within the castle environment, historical figures, narratives, and events come to life with the help of modern technology. Sound, visuals, and spatial interpretation invite visitors not just to observe the past, but to experience it.
The immersive experience is designed to complement the authentic space. Technology does not replace historical substance but helps reveal stories that the castle walls alone cannot fully tell.
Sparkling Wine Cellar
In the cool refuge of the castle cellar, discover the story of viticulture in Slovenske gorice.
With selected programs, you can combine your visit with a guided introduction to local sparkling wines and the region’s wine heritage.
Digital Content
A digital guide, QR content, and audiovisual presentations allow for independent exploration of the castle. Visitors can access additional stories, photos, plans, and explanations that supplement the information in the space.
Digital content should be accessible in multiple languages and adapted for phone use, without the need to install additional applications where possible.
Experiences for Families
Negova Castle offers families a shared exploration of history, architecture, and castle stories. Tasks, observation of details, and creative activities encourage children to discover the castle in a playful yet thoughtfully curated way.
Family programs can be conducted independently or with a guide or animator at selected times.

A guided tour provides a more comprehensive understanding of Negova Castle. The guide leads visitors through the most important rooms and presents the history, architecture, and the difference between the reconstruction of the New Castle and the conservation of the Old Castle.
